The minimum order quantity is 3 pieces per bracelet with a minimum order value of 300 Euros. The fine jewelry collection is not available for wholesale.

Shipping is handled by DHL at a cost of 6.50 Euros within Germany and 10.00 Euros worldwide.

Everything is in stock and will be shipped within one week. Our colorful paper bags for packaging and informational material are included free of charge.

The recommended retail price (RRP) is based on a margin of approximately 3.0 - 3.6 times the net purchase price.

In our wholesale area, you will receive access to downloadable image material that you may use for promotional purposes on your website or social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. A prerequisite is the mention and/or tagging of @blushindigo.

What material is Blushing Indigo jewelry made of?

All beads used come from Bali's best bead shop, which exclusively sells Matsuno glass beads from Japan. The metal parts used are made of 24k gold-plated or silver-plated rhodium brass and come from Germany and Italy.

Each piece is handmade, so there may be slight variations in color, size, shape, or texture.

Is the jewelry nickel-free?

Yes. Our jewelry pieces are nickel-free and hypoallergenic.

Can the gold plating wear off?

Our jewelry is high-quality gold-plated or silver-plated fashion jewelry or silver jewelry. The metal parts used are sourced from Germany and Italy and imported to Bali. Our gold plating on the lobster clasps, logo tags, and extension chains consists of 24-karat gold. Nevertheless, it is a layer that can wear off depending on how it is worn.
This also applies to the gold and silver beads. These are coated on the inside, so they become duller over time due to abrasion against the jewelry wire. Please follow our care instructions below to ensure that you and your customers can enjoy our jewelry for a long time.

How can I properly care for my jewelry?

Avoid contact with water and remove your jewelry when exercising. Please also note that hairspray, body lotion, and perfume can damage the plating. Do not store your jewelry in the bathroom, as the humidity there can attack the surface. The ideal place for storage is an airtight container or a closed jewelry box. Clean your jewelry gently with a dry cloth after wearing it to remove any dirt.

Can I order the bracelets in my desired length?

Unfortunately, no. The bracelets with lobster clasps are one-size-fits-all, but are adjustable in size due to the 2 cm long extension chain. However, since there may be size differences during production, you are welcome to let us know when ordering whether you have rather slim or larger wrists. You will find a field for such notes in the ordering process. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.

What are the working conditions like in Bali?

All bracelets are produced in home-based family businesses in Bali. Our workers belong to the local Muslim minority, who are famous for their craftsmanship. We work closely with our manufacturer and head craftsman and occasionally visit production sites when we are on-site. Feel free to follow us on Instagram. Can I have my Blushing Indigo jewelry repaired?

Unfortunately, no. The bracelets with lobster clasps are very stable with jewelry wire and crimp beads and should withstand normal everyday stress. We provide a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase, provided you can prove it with a receipt.

In rare cases, it may happen that a bracelet with a knot closure opens. In the event of such production defects, we will of course send you a replacement free of charge. Please write to us at hello@blushing-indigo.com and include a photo of the item.

Please note that complaints regarding the gold or silver plating are excluded from the warranty, as their durability depends on individual wearing habits and care. If a bracelet breaks due to snagging or a similar mishap on your part, there is also no claim under warranty.
